Working with Miron Construction, we designed and developed the new entrance and modern expo hall for the $28.6 million renovation. The Jacobetti Complex is home to the most highly sought-after educational training programs for today’s 21st century workforce.
231 West Patisserie
This modern patisserie is on the southern shore of Lake Superior in Marquette, Michigan. Flaky pastries, sandwiches, soup, coffee, tea, macarons, and more! To match the brand, we finished the exterior and interior of this remodel project with custom painting.
NMU WellBeing Center
WELLBEING is a holistic concept encompassing the biological, psychological, social, ecological, and spiritual dimensions of health. All of this was considered when we worked with NMU to clad the exterior and dedicate custom drywall for the interior.
Forestville Basin
This beautiful custom home in Marquette boasts many windows looking out over the Dead River. The exterior of the house matches the tranquility of the interior with its custom beams and contrasting accents.
Maple Ridge
This modern home in Marquette is quiet and comfortable, with warm accents of custom woodworking throughout. Plenty of windows and custom lighting in each room make the entire house feel bright and clean.

Taking everything we knew from our experience in the residential and commercial construction trade and applied this “The Upper Deck” remodel for a custom Airbnb. Exterior finishes include custom EIFS and painting.
